our mission

Our mission is to provide families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD) with support and information through the latest ASD research along with ideas from parents to improve the life of all members of the family.

We recognize that families are the front-line care providers for their child with ASD and often don’t receive the support either through information or monetarily.  Parenting Autism commits to giving all profits after taxes to not-for-profit ASD organizations that directly give funds and supports to families.

giving it all away

Parenting Autism gives all of its profits back to the autism community, to
not-for-profit organizations that support families affected by autism
spectrum disorder.

This year our focus is to make Camp Kaleidoscope, a family camp for families
affected by autism, sustainable and able to expand from one session to two
sessions next summer.

Camp Kaleidoscope at Common Ground Center is located on 400 acres in central Vermont; families come from all over the east coast to enjoy camp activities and to connect with other families that are affected by autism.

As Parenting Autism grows we will be able to expand our focus to include
more not-for-profit organizations, please check back in August for more
details about our grant application.
